Mechanical Engineering

Summary:

Mechanical engineering deals with different applications of mechanical systems using physics principles. Mechanical engineering has improved since the world wars and nowadays it is important to many other fields. Mechanical engineering includes designing machines and engines. Mechanical engineers have basic background of related fields of study. They also need to consider designing machines that are economical and they have to provide safe and good products to people. The mechanical engineering program covers many areas of interest. The first area is designing, which includes drafting programs and mechanisms for different mechanical products. The second area includes making products such as machines. The third area studies “statics and dynamics.” The fourth area studies heat and temperature to make machines such as fridges. The fifth area studies fluids and liquids. The last area is concerned with measurements and instruments. In conclusion, nowadays, mechanical engineering is developing widely, and one of the most common focuses is robotics.

Reaction:

The article is completely understandable. It doesn't have scientific words that nobody can understand. I liked the beginning of the article, which reminded the history of mechanical engineering. Also, it's interesting to recognize which mechanical engineering include. I couldn't imagine that all modern industries are depending on mechanical engineering. In addition, mechanical engineering program that takes in many areas of interest is interesting to me. As well, the article generally is exciting to read and I really learned valuable information about mechanical engineering.
